Beginner Chat Support Agent - Fully Remote

Looking to break into customer service? We're hiring Beginner Chat Support Agents for a fully remote position perfect for those just starting their professional journey. You'll handle real-time customer conversations, troubleshoot issues, and build relationships—all without leaving your home.

No experience? No problem. We'll walk you through everything with hands-on training that covers communication, problem-solving, and our products. Your job is simple: help customers feel heard and get them the answers they need. It's meaningful work that makes a real difference.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions through chat, respond to concerns, and walk people through solutions in a friendly, clear way.
• Think critically about what customers actually need and find practical ways to help them.
• Know your stuff—stay on top of product details and company guidelines so you can give confident answers.
• Jump in with your team, share what you learn, and help everyone get better at what we do.
• Keep learning through training sessions designed to help you grow both in this role and beyond.

• You write well and can explain things in a way that's both clear and warm.
