Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages through chat with helpful answers and quick problem-solving.
- Get familiar with our products and use that knowledge to make customer conversations better.
- Keep track of issues and pass them along to the right person when needed, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Work alongside your team, share what you learn, and help refine how we do customer service.
Requirements:
- Starting fresh is totally okay—just bring curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Solid writing ability so you can communicate clearly in a chat setting.
- Comfortable working by yourself from home with a stable internet connection.
- Ready to take feedback well and invest in getting better at what you do.
