Chat-Based Customer Service Representative - Remote / No Calls

We're looking for a talented Chat-Based Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. If you're someone who loves helping people through written communication and can thrive without phone interactions, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Working from anywhere in the country, you'll handle customer questions, troubleshoot problems, and build positive relationships—all through chat. This position suits people who can juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and maintain their cool under pressure.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer messages via chat, working through their questions and concerns with solutions that actually work.
• Apply your product knowledge to guide customers toward the right answers and help them succeed.

• Partner with colleagues across departments to identify ways we can serve customers better and faster.
