We're looking for a Chat Customer Service Representative to join our support team and help customers get the answers they need. You'll be handling customer inquiries through chat, working to solve problems quickly and building positive relationships along the way. We need someone who can communicate clearly in writing and genuinely cares about making customers feel heard and supported.
This is an ideal role for people who love connecting with others through text-based communication and take pride in finding real solutions to customer problems.
Rate:Β $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat, providing helpful information and resolving issues on the spot when possible.
- Use your problem-solving abilities to understand what customers need and deliver thoughtful, caring responses that address their concerns.
- Build and maintain solid knowledge of our offerings, features, and company policies so you can give accurate guidance.
- Work alongside your teammates and cross-functional departments to create seamless support experiences for every customer.

- Strong written communication abilities with solid typing skills and attention to proper grammar.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to respond to frustration with patience and understanding.
