What You'll Be Doing: As a Chat Support Specialist for our gaming partner, you'll be the friendly face behind the scenes supporting their community. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Connect with gamers through live chat on platforms including YouTube and Twitch.
- Respond quickly and courteously to customer questions and concerns.
- Help with account issues, purchase questions, and share promotional offers.
- Work alongside teammates to create a positive customer experience every time.
Pay: $35 per hour.
