We're looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team in a fully remote capacity. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and has a knack for clear communication, this could be your next opportunity. Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

- Follow our quality standards and best practices to maintain consistent, excellent service.
- Pitch in with your teammates, swap ideas about how we can serve customers better, and contribute to our support culture.
Requirements:
- Strong writing abilities that let you communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally in every message.
- A curious, resourceful approach to challenges—someone who doesn't shy away from complex customer issues.
- The ability to juggle multiple chats without losing track or dropping the ball.
