You'll be handling customer messages, answering their questions, and working through problems to keep them happy. We invest in our team with full training on communication techniques and how to think through tough situations.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to customer questions through chat, resolving issues as they come up.
- Think creatively to solve different types of customer problems and find the right answers.
- Know our products inside and out so you can give customers accurate information.
- Work alongside your teammates, sharing ideas and making our support better every day.
