We're looking for a thoughtful communicator to help manage customer conversations as a Chat Representative. This remote, part-time role is perfect for someone with strong written communication skills who thrives working solo in a quiet, focused space.
Roles: You'll be answering customer messages through our website chat tool, helping people find information about promotions, returns, and other common topics. We provide you with reference materials covering frequently asked questions, plus you'll have a team lead available to help tackle anything tricky that comes up.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: Fully remote—we're currently prioritizing candidates based in the United States.
Requirements:
- A working device for accessing websites and chat platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer).
- Comfort working solo without interruptions in your home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail when following instructions.
- Willingness to commit to 20+ hours weekly.
- Stable, dependable internet service.
Contract Length: Ongoing, no set end date.
Hours per Week: Between 20 and 40 hours based on your schedule flexibility.
