In this role, you'll be the friendly face (well, voice!) behind our customer interactions. You'll handle inquiries across multiple channels—email, live chat, and social media—making sure every customer feels heard and valued. No experience needed; we'll train you thoroughly so you can hit the ground running.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally via email and live chat.
- Engage with customers across social media and website chat features, including platforms like Facebook Messenger.
- Create positive customer experiences that build trust and keep people coming back.
- Work with your team to tackle tricky issues and find real solutions.
- Document all customer conversations and feedback to help us improve over time.
- Be a supportive, communicative member of our remote-first team.
