Customer Experience Chat Agent (Remote)

We're looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our customer-facing team. As a remote agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their questions and concerns through our chat platform. Your knack for listening, combined with your drive to find solutions, will help us build strong customer relationships and keep people coming back.

This is a hands-on role where your communication and problem-solving skills will make a real difference in how customers perceive our brand.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer messages with genuine care and attention to their specific needs.
• Work through technical or service-related issues methodically, finding practical resolutions that satisfy customers.
• Share observations about common customer concerns with the team and suggest ways we could improve our service.
• Stay current on our product details and company policies so you can answer questions accurately.
