We're seeking talented Customer Experience Chat Specialists to help us deliver outstanding service to our clients' customers. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our support operation, communicating with customers across multiple touchpoints—including live chat, email, and social platforms—to ensure every interaction leaves them satisfied and valued.

What You'll Do: You'll manage incoming live chat conversations for our partner companies, responding quickly and accurately to customer concerns and questions. Work Location: Fully remote—we're currently focusing on hiring US-based team members.
