You'll be our primary point of contact, fielding customer questions and matching them with perfect solutions while keeping an eye out for sales opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Interactions: Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone calls to answer questions and provide helpful support.
- Product Expertise: Build a strong understanding of what we offer so you can guide customers to make smart buying decisions.
- Sales Collaboration: Work alongside our sales team to spot promising leads and walk prospects through the buying journey.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer problems with speed and care, keeping satisfaction levels high.
- Record Keeping: Log customer conversations and details into our system with precision.
- Process Enhancement: Share ideas on how we can streamline our customer service approach.
Pay: $35 per hour.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and speaking abilities.
- Comfort managing several customer conversations at once in a busy setting.
- Creative thinking when solving customer challenges with a focus on their needs.
- Drive to spot sales possibilities and close deals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional schooling is helpful.
- Prior work in customer support or sales is ideal, though we'll train the right person regardless.
Work Location: Fully remote, with preference given to applicants based in the United States.
Support & Development: We'll provide thorough onboarding and training, so this role is perfect if you're new to customer-facing work or the sales side of business.
