What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer messages in real-time via chat, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Listen carefully to what customers need and work toward solutions that actually help them.
- Follow company guidelines and best practices to maintain consistent service quality.
- Balance multiple chat conversations at once while staying focused and organized.
What We're Looking For:
- Clear, thoughtful written communication—the ability to explain things in a friendly way.
- Zero experience required; we just need someone coachable and ready to grow.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.
- A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems with a positive attitude.
