Pay: $25-$35 per hour.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues through email and live chat channels.
- Walk users through product features and help them achieve their goals.
- Create positive relationships with customers that lead to loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage with customers across social media platforms when needed.
