You'll be talking with customers every day, answering their questions, and making sure they feel heard. The job is straightforward—listen to what people need, find solutions, and keep things friendly. What You'll Do:
- Be the first person customers reach out to when they have questions or issues via chat.
- Listen carefully to what customers need and provide helpful, accurate answers.
- Get to know our products and services so you can answer questions confidently.
- Work with your teammates to make sure every customer has a great experience.
What We're Looking For:
- No customer service background required—we'll train you.
- Strong written communication and fast, accurate typing.
- A genuine desire to solve problems and help people.
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and manage your own time.
