Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist

We're hiring Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialists to be our frontline team members handling customer and member questions. You'll be our direct connection with clients, delivering excellent support by answering chat messages and emails as they come in. Your job will involve understanding what people are asking for and getting them helpful, correct answers quickly.
