Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

- Use your training materials and team guidelines to provide consistent, friendly, and professional support.
- Jump into conversations with teammates to learn from experienced agents and share what you discover along the way.
- Get familiar with our product details and internal processes so you can give customers accurate answers every time.
Requirements:
- Clear writing ability—you should be able to explain things in a way customers actually understand.
- Real enthusiasm for solving problems and making customers feel heard.
- Self-motivation to stay focused while working from home, plus reliable internet and a distraction-free setup.
