We're looking for a Customer Chat Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is an excellent entry point into customer service, where you'll handle live chat conversations with our clients' customers and provide helpful, friendly support every single day.
Rate: $35 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer messages via live chat with professionalism and warmth, tackling questions and problems head-on.
- Handle everything from order help and billing questions to troubleshooting issues and account updates.
- Work alongside teammates to keep our customer experience smooth and consistently excellent.
