Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote - US)

Based anywhere across the United States, you'll connect with customers daily, turning their questions into opportunities to showcase our commitment to quality service and support.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions in real-time via live chat, offering product information and helpful guidance whenever they need it.
• Address a wide range of customer concerns—everything from technical issues to billing questions—with warmth and professionalism.
• Identify problems quickly and implement solutions that leave customers satisfied and confident in our brand.
• Work alongside your teammates and other departments to deliver well-rounded support and find the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication abilities, with the capacity to explain things clearly and with genuine care for the customer.
• A logical, resourceful approach to solving problems and a genuine desire to put customers first.
• The self-motivation needed to succeed working independently from home, with a stable internet connection.
• US residency and willingness to work across various time slots to meet customer demand in different regions.
