We're looking for a Live Chat Assistant to join our customer support team on Facebook. You'll be working entirely from home, connecting with customers around the world and helping them find the answers they need. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the voice of our brand, responding to messages quickly and thoughtfully while juggling multiple conversations at once.
Your work directly impacts how people perceive us as a company. You'll be solving problems, answering questions, and building positive relationships with users every single day through our Facebook messaging platform.
Rate: $25-$35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on Facebook with helpful information and timely support.
- Handle several conversations at the same time while keeping each interaction high-quality.
- Answer questions, resolve problems, and find ways to make the customer experience better.
- Work with your teammates to spot patterns in what customers are asking about and suggest ways to improve our service.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to write clearly and connect with people through text-based chat.
- Comfort using Facebook's messaging system and understanding how it works.
- Skill in managing multiple chats simultaneously without letting quality slip.
