We're looking for a fully remote team member who genuinely enjoys written communication and takes pride in creating positive customer interactions.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions quickly and thoroughly via live chat and email, troubleshooting problems and providing product details.
- Craft thoughtful, easy-to-understand messages that show empathy and address what each customer is really asking.
- Stay knowledgeable about our offerings, company policies, and support procedures so you can give accurate answers every time.
- Work alongside your teammates to swap ideas and continuously improve how we serve customers.
Requirements:
- Strong writing ability and interpersonal skills that let you connect with people through text.
- A solution-focused mindset that puts customer satisfaction at the center of everything you do.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
