We're looking for friendly and motivated people to join us as Online Chat Support Representatives. You'll be the voice of our company, helping customers through chat, email, and other channels. Your job is to answer questions, solve problems, and give people the support they need to have a great experience with us.
No prior experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. The main thing we're looking for is someone who can write clearly and communicate well. What You'll Do:
Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Responding to customer messages through live chat on our website and social media channels.
- Helping both existing customers with their questions and prospective customers interested in our products.
How Long: Open-ended, no set end date
Pay: $35 per hour.
