Your Responsibilities:
- Training Program: We'll walk you through everything you need to know with a focused training period designed to get you confident and ready.
- Live Chat Support: You'll spend your days connecting with customers through live chat, answering their questions and sharing information about what we offer.
- Handling Varied Requests: Every day brings different customer needs – some just need help, others might be interested in what we're selling. You'll handle both.
- Knowledge Base Access: We provide detailed resources and FAQ materials so you can give customers fast, accurate answers without fumbling around.
- Team Backing: You won't be alone in this. Our team is invested in helping you succeed and will have your back when you need it.
What We're Looking For:
- No live chat background required – we train people from the ground up.
- Strong writing and speaking abilities.
- Genuine passion for helping customers get what they need.
- The ability to stay focused and manage your own workload.
Pay: $35 per hour.
Work Location:
100% remote. We hire across the entire United States.
