Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customer messages via live chat with care and speed.
- Answer questions accurately and completely to fix customer problems.
- Walk customers through product features, technical issues, and best practices.
- Work alongside teammates to hit our service quality goals.
- Pick up new platforms and processes as we evolve.
What We're Looking For:
- Live chat experience is nice but not required – we'll train you thoroughly.
- Clear and confident written communication.
- Genuine interest in making customers happy.
- Comfortable juggling multiple conversations without losing focus.
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools.
