In this role, you'll be the face of our brand in real-time conversations. Your day-to-day involves jumping into live chat conversations on our platform and social channels, answering what customers need, pointing them toward relevant products, and sharing special offers. It's about making every interaction count and leaving customers feeling heard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer customer messages in real-time with speed and professionalism.
- Share product links and promotional offers that match what customers are looking for.
- Think through customer needs and recommend the best path forward.
- Work at your own pace while sticking to clear guidelines we provide.
- Enjoy complete flexibility with no long-term contract requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with reliable web access and social media capability.
- Comfort working solo and taking ownership of customer interactions.
- Eye for detail and willingness to follow established processes.
- Minimum 5 hours weekly available, with room to grow up to 40 hours.
- Consistent, stable internet connection.
Pay: $25-$35 per hour.
Work Location: Fully remote, serving customers globally (US-based applicants preferred).
