Operations Chat Support (Part Time, No Calling)

Looking for someone who can chat with customers all day long and actually enjoy it? We're hiring Chat Support Operators who can work part-time on a flexible schedule. No experience needed—we'll train you from the ground up to become a pro at what we do.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the person answering customer questions through our website's chat feature. Think of yourself as the helpful guide that customers reach out to when they need answers about what we offer. Your job is to be there, be quick, and be helpful.

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Your Main Tasks:

• Answer customer messages in real-time through our live chat system.
• Leverage our knowledge base and FAQ resources to give customers accurate information fast.
• Stay professional and approachable in every conversation.
• Work alongside other team members to make sure customers leave happy.
• Participate in training sessions to build your skills and learn our products inside and out.
