Part-Time Chat Support for Customer Service - Remote Work

• Exchange insights with colleagues to continuously improve how we support our customers.
• Handle several chat conversations at once while staying organized and attentive.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing abilities and solid typing speed.
• Comfortable navigating a remote setting and managing your own time effectively.
• Genuine interest in solving customer problems and going the extra mile.
• Self-directed and able to balance independent work with team collaboration.
• Fast, stable internet and a dedicated workspace at home.
• Previous customer service experience is not necessary—we provide complete onboarding and training.
