Product Support Specialist - No Experience Needed

Ready to launch a career in customer support? We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our growing team. No prior experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. We provide extensive training through SocialSaleRep to make sure you're fully equipped to handle customer questions and solve problems with confidence.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about product features, usage, and how to troubleshoot common issues.
• Work through customer problems with care and attention, finding solutions that leave them satisfied.
• Draw on available resources and support tools to give customers quick, accurate answers.
• Work alongside your team and other departments to sharpen your product expertise and refine how we support customers.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and pick up new information quickly from training.
• Clear communication skills—you can explain things in a way that makes sense to people.
• Ability to work from home with stable internet and a dedicated workspace.
• Genuine interest in helping customers and committed to delivering great service.
