Remote Chat Operator - Beginner Friendly / No Experience

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Chat with customers to address their questions and troubleshoot problems in real-time.
• Write thoughtful, direct answers that actually help people get what they need.
• Use our training materials to become an expert on what we offer.
• Stay courteous and understanding with every customer conversation.
• Document all chats and share any useful feedback or ideas with the team.

• Solid writing ability with decent typing speed and accuracy.
• Dependable internet and a quiet, professional space to work from home.
