Key Responsibilities:

• Keep conversations courteous and warm, building trust and making customers feel heard and supported.
• Work alongside your team and manager to find ways to make our chat support better and more efficient.

Requirements:

• Solid writing abilities and the capacity to communicate with customers in a way that's both professional and understanding.
• Dependable internet access and a dedicated workspace set up for remote work.
