Key Responsibilities:

- Share knowledge with your teammates and learn from their experience to keep improving as a team.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills—you should be able to explain things clearly and connect with customers on a human level.
- The ability to stay focused and manage your time well without constant supervision.
- A stable internet connection and a comfortable, quiet space to work from home.
