Remote Chat Support Clerk

We're looking for a Remote Chat Support Clerk to join our growing customer service team. You'll be the friendly face (well, words on a screen) helping customers work through their questions and concerns via chat. If you're a quick typist who knows how to write clearly and genuinely wants to help people, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing:

• Chat with customers in real-time, troubleshooting problems and answering questions with both speed and accuracy.
• Type quickly and clearly so customers understand exactly what you're saying.
• Handle everything from basic product questions to more complex service issues.
• Team up with your colleagues to keep raising the bar on what good customer service looks like.
