What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer customer messages promptly via live chat with clear, helpful responses.
- Help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical problems, and answer general questions.
- Work toward customer satisfaction by finding practical solutions to their issues.
- Partner with your teammates to identify ways to strengthen our support approach.
- Keep detailed notes on every customer conversation and how issues were handled.
