Remote Customer Success Manager - No Experience Necessary

We're looking for someone ready to jump into customer success and make real connections with our clients. If you're motivated and eager to learn, this remote role is a great entry point into relationship management and building lasting business partnerships.

In this position, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them get the most out of what we offer. You'll work from home while building skills in client retention, account management, and understanding what drives business growth. Your work directly impacts whether clients stay happy and continue working with us.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build genuine relationships with clients by learning about their goals and showing how our services solve their specific challenges.
• Walk clients through our platform and best practices so they can achieve their desired results.
• Spot ways clients can get more value from our offerings and share those opportunities with them.
• Keep tabs on how clients are using our services, gather their feedback, and watch for any warning signs or improvement opportunities.
• Partner with our sales, product, and marketing teams to share what you're learning from clients so it informs company decisions.
• Stay in regular contact with your clients, answer their questions, and handle issues before they become problems.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections with people remotely.
• A mindset that looks for solutions and genuinely cares about solving client problems.
• The ability to juggle multiple client relationships and keep everything organized.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from a remote location.
• No background in customer success or management needed—we'll train you thoroughly and set you up for success.
