Remote Customer Success Rep - Beginner / No Experience

Looking to start your career in customer success? We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Success Representative for our fully remote team. No prior experience required—we'll train you from the ground up as you build a meaningful career helping our customers thrive.

In this role, you'll be the voice of our customers, working to understand what they need and making sure they get the most out of our product. You'll learn the ins and outs of customer relationships while making a real difference in their success.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to learn about their goals, how they use our product, and what challenges they face.
• Provide personalized guidance and solutions based on what each customer actually needs.
• Spot potential issues early and jump in to help before problems happen.
• Work across departments to make sure customer feedback gets heard and shapes how we build.
• Keep an eye on how customers are doing—their satisfaction, usage trends, and loyalty metrics.
• Help develop guides and resources that show customers how to get the most value from what we offer.
