We're looking for a Live Chat Operator to join our customer support team in a fully remote role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help, and you'll have the autonomy to set your own schedule while delivering outstanding service from wherever you work best.
What you'll be responsible for: Responding to customer messages promptly, troubleshooting issues, answering product questions, and creating positive interactions that keep our customers happy. Your work directly impacts how people perceive our brand and their overall experience with us.
Contract type: No fixed term
Compensation: $35 per hour
Experience and qualifications: You're a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. You work well without constant supervision, have dependable internet access, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with chat support tools is helpful but not a dealbreaker.
