We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help Facebook users navigate the platform seamlessly. Working entirely from home, you'll be the friendly face behind the screen—answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every interaction leaves users feeling supported and satisfied. If you've got strong writing skills and real enthusiasm for how social platforms work, we want to hear from you.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and helpfully to Facebook users via chat, addressing their questions and resolving problems in real-time.
• Build user confidence by delivering clear, empathetic support and practical advice.
• Keep tabs on chat conversations to maintain community standards and foster respectful interactions.
• Work alongside our social media team to spot patterns in user feedback and suggest improvements.
• Keep yourself informed about new Facebook features and platform changes so you can give accurate guidance.

• Strong writing abilities and the talent for communicating warmly yet professionally with diverse users.
• Genuine interest in social media platforms with solid knowledge of how Facebook operates.
