What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer customer inquiries through chat on Facebook Messenger and similar platforms.
- Respond quickly to live chat requests on company websites and social channels.
- Keep conversations courteous and professional at all times.
- Work alongside team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Comfort and confidence using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and similar networks.
- Sharp writing skills and clear communication abilities.
- Stable internet connection and a computer or mobile device.
- Willingness to learn—previous experience is not required.
