Temporary Remote Chat Support - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with your team to find ways to make chat support faster and better for everyone.
• Handle several conversations at once while staying organized and professional, even when things get busy.

Requirements:

• Solid writing and typing skills—you should be comfortable handling back-and-forth text conversations throughout your shift.
• Good at solving problems and thinking on your feet when unexpected issues come up.
• Able to manage your time well and stay focused while working independently from home.
• Willing to work part-time with the flexibility to adjust your hours during peak demand periods.
• Chat support experience is nice but not necessary—we'll train you on everything you need to know.
