Virtual Chat Support - Entry Level / Home-Based

We're looking for someone to join our customer support team as a chat representative. This is a great entry point into remote work, perfect if you're just starting your career or making the switch to working from home. You'll be the voice (or really, the typed word) helping our customers through live chat, making sure they feel heard and supported every time they reach out.

Working from your home office, you'll have the freedom to build a schedule that works for your life while picking up practical skills in customer communication and online support. It's flexible, it's accessible, and you'll be learning from day one.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer messages in real-time, addressing their questions, troubleshooting problems, and explaining what we offer.
• Keep interactions professional, kind, and focused on solving problems for each person who reaches out.
• Take advantage of our training materials to understand our products better and master support strategies.
• Team up with other support members to share what works and strengthen how we help customers.

Requirements:

• Solid writing abilities—you need to explain things well and come across as genuinely helpful on screen.
• A quiet, organized place to work at home with fast, dependable internet.
• Curiosity and willingness to pick up new tools and ways of working.
• Customer service experience isn't necessary—what matters most is your openness to growing in this role.
